Under 180 words. Friendly and factual. Don't add problems, prices, warranties, or urgency that aren't in the notes. If something in the notes is unclear, put it in a list for me at the end instead of guessing.

Steps

1. Have techs jot notes the way they already do: shorthand, voice-to-text, whatever's fast.
2. Paste the notes into the prompt at the end of the visit or the end of the day.
3. Check the "recommend" section carefully. That's where AI is most likely to overstate things.
4. Send it with the invoice, or on its own if there's no invoice yet.
5. Save the recaps. They're handy when the customer calls back months later.

AI writes the first draft. Read it before you send and fix any price, date, or promise you didn't check yourself.
